CANCELLATION POLICY

• 2021: We pay trip insurance allowing cancellations for any reason 48 hours before arrival (not permitted in some areas: Washington State and outside of the US)
• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date, minus $300 cancellation fee.
• After final payment is made, rental fees are non-refundable unless time is re-rented.
• All cancellations have $300 cancellation fee regardless of time cancellation occurs.
• We strongly recommend Trip Insurance – available at our website with ‘CFAR’ cancel for ANY reason option.
